The young American traveled a long way to find a diamond for his girlfriend
When
Christian Leiden was in middle school, he had a desire to find a diamond to
attach to the ring he made for his wife. This is because there are some places
in the United States where you can try your luck for a small fee. But this is
not an easy task.
When he learned of the Crater of Diamond State Park in Arkansas three years ago, he hoped it might succeed. At that moment, he started researching diamonds and started watching videos to find diamonds successfully in the park. He gathered all the information before his trip and went to Arkansas Park with his friend Josh.
He started his trip to Arkansas Park by telling his girlfriend to go for a walk. Christian also brought all the necessary equipment with him on this trip. Their journey began on May 1, where they first stopped in Montana. Here also people look for precious stones in which sapphires are most found. Here they found a small sapphire.
He then spent a day in Yellowstone Park and arrived in Arkansas on May 7, where finding a diamond is as difficult as finding a needle in a haystack. They did not find anything for two days and a large part of the dust had been sifted. But on the third day they began to see the surface of the earth. Meanwhile, they had filled two large earthen boxes and were searching them at night.
Surprisingly, a yellow stone of at least two carats of yellow diamond was found on top of the clay during the sifting!
The two friends jumped for joy and immediately put it in the safety bag. On this success, Christian said that he had made up his mind to be satisfied with a small diamond, but this yellow diamond has a precious and extraordinary size.
The park's management confirmed the diamond, saying it was the largest diamond found since October last year, close to Savadoqarat. The park administration broke the news and posted it on its website.
When he got home, Christian showed the diamond to his fiance and offered to marry him, but he agreed. Now they are looking for a jeweler who can cut the diamond into a ring.
