Dubai: Indian actor Sanjay Dutt got a golden visa to the United Arab Emirates.

 

UAE bestows honor on Sanjay Dutt

Sanjay Dutt, popularly known as Baba in Bollywood, has been honored by the UAE government with an important award, which he shared on a social networking site and thanked the UAE government.

Actor Sanjay Dutt wrote in his post, "It is an honor for me to receive a Golden Visa from the UAE Government and on this occasion I was accompanied by the Director General of the Directorate General of Residency and Foreign Affairs Dubai and the UAE I thank the government while I am also grateful for the support of Fly Dubai COO Hamad Obaidullah.

The UAE had decided to issue a Golden Visa card for businessmen and investors under the long-term visa scheme, under which they will have a 10-year residence permit, but last year it also issued visas to doctors and scientists. The visa was announced and now the Bollywood actor has also been given this visa.
