A few days ago, actress Johi Chawla had filed a case against the use of FiveG technology in India. He said that he was not against the development of the country or the use of technology but the emission of radiation through the use of FiveG technology is dangerous for human lives. That is why he knocked on the door of the court to stop the use of Fioji technology in India.

However, the Delhi High Court in a hearing on Friday dismissed the petition filed by the actress as an abuse of law and dismissed it as an act of cheap fame. Imposed a fine of Rs 2 million on him.

According to Indian media, Delhi High Court Judge JR Madha during the hearing found the case to be flawed and dismissed it on technical grounds, saying the plaintiffs had misused the law and lost court time.

The court imposed a fine of Rs 2 million on the plaintiffs and directed them to submit the fine to the Delhi State Legal Services Authority within a week. And if the plaintiffs do not pay the fine within a week, the DLSA will recover in accordance with the law. The court said the fine would be used to help victims of road accidents.
